Our People

I am one of the founding directors of Norfolk Lawyers Pty Ltd.  I have practiced law for more than 30 years, over half of which has been in Fremantle. I have also held senior legal positions both in State and Commonwealth government entities and have held directorship positions in private legal practice for almost 20 years. During most of my career I have supervised and mentored other lawyers and enjoyed the experience of managing legal teams of various sizes to achieve excellent legal outcomes for my clients.

I practice in all areas of commercial law and litigation, with a particular interest in dealing with complex civil disputes. I also have extensive experience and expertise in Wills & Estates, including complex Estate litigation and have a significant personal injury law practice. Given my experience across different sectors, my versatility enables me to advise clients across many areas of the law.

My diverse mix of clients describe me as an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills, driven to achieving pragmatic and optimised commercial solutions that meet their needs.

With my previous experience as a Crown Prosecutor at the DPP, as well as Team Leader of the Competition and Consumer Law Team at the Australian Government Solicitor, I have a unique ability to truly understand the needs of people from all walks of life, with an extremely diverse client base ranging from publicly listed companies to small business owners.

My diverse life and legal experience coupled with my excellent technical legal capability puts me in a unique position where I can use these attributes to achieve the best possible outcomes for my clients.
