I have worked for over 9 years in the field of complex commercial litigation involving disputes concerning contract law, competition and consumer law, the Corporation Act 2001 (Cth), insolvency, trusts, limitation issues, leases, construction, and debt recovery. I also have significant experience in insurance litigation, including having a substantial caseload in matters involving motor vehicle accident claims.
I believe in taking a commercial and pragmatic approach to each matter, leading clients to a realistic, practical and positive solution to their legal issues. As part of this process I enjoy the collaborative approach by fostering strong relationships with my clients and fellow team members.
